Full transparency & control
The data governance solution regularly scans file and mail repositories for new or changed objects, extracts meta information, access permissions and content, and stores a profile of each data object in a meta information system. The profiles are automatically compared and supplemented with structured business data such as CRM, ERP, HR systems, Active Directory or external lists.
The various pieces of information can then be linked and analyzed interactively in an OLAP cube. Actions can be executed directly from the analysis, from the Enterprise Search or rule-based and automated.
