Data Migration from File Servers to SharePoint Online and OneDrive

In a central offline system, users can efficiently analyze and clean up the data objects, model the new filing structure for SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and assign the taxonomy.
Before or during the migration, the data can be cleaned, such as duplicates, empty files and empty folders. Project managers, data owners and users have full control at all times. The migration status is continuously tracked and verified in DGS. The data in the original storage location can be deleted after the upload, set to read-only or replaced by a link file with a reference to the new storage location. This ensures a stress-free, seamless transition from the old file system to SharePoint, Microsoft 365 with minimal effort.
